GUEST GUIDELINES:

  • Check-in time is 2 pm onwards, and check-out is by 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. All guests must have their government authorized ID cards.

  • Guest Behavior:
    *Please respect the villa and its surroundings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
    *Keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

  • Property Care:
    *Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
    *Any damages to the property, furniture, or amenities must be reported immediately and may incur charges.
    *Pets are not allowed.

  • Safety:
    *Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
    *Use amenities such as the pool, beach, living and dining areas responsibly and at your own risk.
    *Children must always be supervised.

  • Events:
    *Hosting of any events, parties, or gatherings-whether small or large-is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the hotel management.
    *Unauthorized events may lead to immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and/or penalties as deemed appropriate by the property.

  • Cleanliness:
    *Please dispose of waste in the provided bins and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the villa.
    *Leave the villa in a reasonably clean state upon check-out.

  • Visitor Policy:
    *Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
    *Any visitors must be pre-approved by management.

  • Prohibited Activities:
    *Parties, loud gatherings, or events are not allowed unless expressly approved during booking.
    *Avoid tampering with or misusing any equipment or appliances in the villa.

  • Environmental Considerations:
    *Conserve water and electricity by turning off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use.
    *Do not litter; use the bins provided to keep the property and beach clean.

  • Emergency Protocol:
    *In case of emergencies, contact the villa staff immediately using the provided emergency numbers.

  • For the comfort and security of all guests, our housekeeping staff, caretakers, or villa manager are present within the common areas of the villa premises during designated hours, including night shifts.
    *Their presence ensures property safety, timely maintenance, and immediate assistance for any guest requirements, while maintaining complete respect for guest privacy.

  • Additional Notes:
    *Guests must follow any additional instructions provided by the villa staff during their stay.
    *Follow swimming pool rules as stated at the property. Carry your swimsuit along with you to swim at the villa pool.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept 100% advance payment only for confirmation.
 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full Refund: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 45 days before check-in to receive a refund (Bank charges as applicable).

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund (Bank charges as  applicable).

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No Refund for Early Departures or No-Shows: Guests who depart early or fail to check-in on their reserved date will not receive any refund.

  • Villa Vara is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest. No refunds or date changes will be provided unless officially mandated by government authorities on complete travel ban. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
